Delivery Information Subject to us having the goods in stock we will endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the same working day. We are unable to dispatch orders on a Saturday or Sunday so orders placed over the weekend will always be processed the following Monday. If any of the goods you have ordered are not immediately available for dispatch then a member of our sales team will contact you by telephone within 24 hours to advise you of a potential delivery date and await your instruction. Typical delivery charges are subject to weight and prices may vary.
Returning Goods If the item is as described and you decided you do not want it, we will refund you for the product minus any carriage charges and a 10% restock fee to cover administration and listing fees. This restock fee will be waived if you exchange the product for another product of the same or higher value. If you receive a faulty or damaged product we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair, or give you a refund of the purchase price. Additional postage costs incurred will be chargeable to you (the customer). To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact us for details) within 3 working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. We cannot arrange returns by telephone. Products must be returned with the original packing and tags attached and in good condition to be acceptable for return. You cannot return items personalised or made to your specification, including various non-standard finishes or colours chosen and Helmets are a non returnable item unless there is a manufacturing fault. It is advisable to return the item by a recorded method as we cannot refund until received. Once the goods have arrived back to Palmers Motorcycles we can process the refund, providing the goods are in the same condition in which they were sent.
